The frying production line utilizes a pure oil longitudinal scraping system, a lateral scraping system, and an oil-water mixed filtration structure. During frying, residue from the product sinks to the bottom of the fryer tank. The scraping system automatically removes residue from the tank, inhibiting acid degradation and the increase in peroxide value. This ensures oil quality.

The frying production line utilizes a pure oil longitudinal scraping system, a lateral scraping system, and an oil-water mixed filtration structure. During frying, residue from the product sinks to the bottom of the fryer tank. The scraping system automatically removes residue from the tank, inhibiting acid degradation and the increase in peroxide value. This ensures oil quality.  

Residue in the water beneath the oil tank does not carbonize and can be discharged along with the water through the drain valve. Simultaneously, the significant amount of cooking oil contained in the residue is separated from the water and returned to the oil layer after oil-water separation.  

This substantially extends the oil’s service life, reduces oil consumption, achieves remarkable oil-saving effects, and enhances the product’s color, aroma, taste, and overall clean, appealing appearance.

7.  Lifting System: Hydraulic lifting system employed, offering enhanced safety, stability, aesthetic appearance, and easier maintenance compared to traditional chain lifting.  

8.  Heating Element Installation: Heating tubes are installed in the center beneath the lower conveyor belt, reducing space occupancy. Heating tubes can be quickly replaced and cleaned without draining the oil, lowering the overall oil capacity of the equipment.
