In order to further implement the requirements of the headquarters and higher-level department documents, strengthen fire safety education, improve fire prevention and control capabilities and emergency response capabilities, and learn to correctly use fire extinguishers and various fire-fighting equipment and facilities. On the morning of March 15th, our company organized an actual fire drill. With the high attention of the leaders of the project department and the active participation of the subcontracting teams, although there were some deficiencies in the drill, the expected goal was basically achieved.
1. Main features and deficiencies
1. The drill is fully prepared. In order to do a good job in the drill, the project safety department has formulated a more detailed fire drill implementation plan. According to the specific division of labor in the fire drill implementation plan, each department organizes training on fire skills and knowledge, prepares the equipment, tools, and materials needed for the drill, and Relevant operational command procedures have been formulated, laying a good foundation for the smooth implementation of the drill.
2. Some workers have deficiencies in the use of fire extinguishers and fire fighting methods. After training and explanations, we have a deeper understanding. To use the fire extinguisher, you need to unplug the plug first, then hold the root of the nozzle tightly with one hand and press the handle to avoid spraying the nozzle randomly and hurting people; the order of fire extinguishing should be from near to far, from bottom to top , so as to more effectively extinguish the fire source.
2. Improvement measures
1. The safety department will formulate a fire protection training plan for construction personnel, and conduct secondary training for those who have not been trained in the early stage and have insufficient mastery. Organize and carry out fire protection knowledge training for new recruits and various departments and positions.
2. Strengthen the training of workers on the entire fire emergency evacuation plan at the construction site, and further improve the coordination and cooperation capabilities of various departments at the construction site in the event of a fire. At the same time, organize each worker to conduct a fire extinguisher practical operation training to ensure that each worker operates once on the spot.
3. Strengthen the training of the firefighting personnel on duty in the Ministry of Security on the operation of firefighting equipment and the procedures for receiving and dealing with the police.
4. Strengthen the inspection and management of on-site fire water to ensure the smooth flow of fire water.

Through this drill, the project department will further improve the on-site fire emergency plan, strive to improve the fire safety quality of workers, and enhance the overall self-defense and self-rescue ability of the site, so as to create a safe and comfortable environment for managers and workers.
